Relations between Municipal Administration and User-Citizens since the French Decentralization

Based on the statistical analysis of a corpus of articles published between 1983 and 1999 in the review Gazette des communes, des départements et des régions, the text tries to characterize the evolution of the relation between municipal organizations and user-citizens, since the French decentralization. This evolution will be related to the reorganization of the legitimacy of the local power.
